Placeholder: prices are provided by our partners and confirmed at payment. Your booking is complete once you receive a confirmation email with a reference number. Please review dates, board and guest names before paying, as partner rates may be non-amendable.

Placeholder: cancellation terms depend on the partner rate you choose and are shown on each offer. Where a rate is marked free cancellation, you may cancel up to the stated deadline for a full refund. Non-refundable rates cannot be refunded once booked. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Open My bookings in your profile, pick the trip and follow the options shown for that partner rate.
When am I charged?
Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. You’ll see the full total before you confirm.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Prices show in RON by default; you can switch currency in your preferences.
Is my data safe?
Accounts are encrypted and protected with email/SMS verification and optional two-factor.
